My father, Fuzzy Davis, helped build the local inshore fishing industry as one of the area’s first professional fishing guides, inspiring my appreciation for the natural beauty and unique way of life this region offers.

My primary focus is residential real estate, and my background in the business has prepared me to confidently guide both buyers and sellers through every step of the process. In 2024, I was honored to receive Individual Sales Volume Second Place with Sea Pines Real Estate, a reflection of the trust my clients place in me and the results I work hard to deliver. From oceanfront properties to private golf communities and investment homes, I am committed to providing strong representation, strategic marketing, and steady communication from contract to closing.

I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Natural Resources with an emphasis in Wildlife Management. That education allows me to also specialize in recreational land and larger tracts throughout the Lowcountry. I assist buyers and sellers in evaluating acreage, hunting properties, and investment land with a focus on wildlife habitat, conservation, and outdoor recreation. Understanding land from both a habitat and investment perspective brings added value to clients looking beyond traditional residential real estate.

For the past 15 years, I have also worked as a professional fishing guide, exploring and fishing the local waters. That firsthand experience gives me a unique perspective on waterfront property values and the lifestyle benefits that come with owning property in a coastal community surrounded by pristine marshes, creeks, and open water.
