Established in 2023, the Tourist Food Rescue Program is once again underway on Hilton Head Island for the summer vacation season. Visitors to Hilton Head Island can help feed the hungry with a post-vacation food donation.

Community Thanksgiving Dinner
Honor the true spirit of giving thanks at the 25 th Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner organized by St. Andrew By-The-Sea United Methodist Church and Hudson’s Seafood House on the Docks. This incredible event celebrating the finest tradition of Thanksgiving would not be possible without the founding partners and over 400 volunteers serving more than 1600 guests.
Veterans Day 2025
What began as Armistice Day, a time to reflect on the heroism and sacrifice of those who gave their lives in service to the country during World War I, is now Veterans Day. On this day we honor and respect the sacrifices and service of all those who have served in the defense of our country and our way of life. Because of the patriotism and selfless actions of our veterans we continue to enjoy the freedoms of a democratic society.
HILTON HEAD ISLAND OYSTER FESTIVAL
Come and be part of a time-honored tradition! The Hilton Head Oyster Festival will be held November 8 & 9, 2024, celebrating everything Hilton Head Island – fresh seafood, mild November weather and local artisans and musicians. For over 30 years the Hilton Head Oyster Festival has been bringing people together to experience Hilton Head hospitality at its best.
